Features:
• Metric version, weight in tons
• Includes AUTO calculation mode, which automatically calculates the result while the user changes either the weight or lifting configurations.
• The user can freely use the calculation button although AUTO is active (marked red with a *).
• Fast reset the calculator by pressing the recycle button.
• Choose between English or Norwegian language, by pressing the flag button (chosen language will be default at next startup).
• Supports these standards: Fiber rope EN 1492-1 and 2, Steel Rope EN 1341-1, Chain grade 80/100 EN 818-4

Caution! Always be aware of these warnings when working with lifting tools:
• Always check the lifting gear before and after use.
• Always follow the instructions on your lifting gear.
• Only use approved lifting equipment.
• The lifting equipment must be certified by an approved certification company at least every 12 months.
• Always find the appropriate sling method. This due to the fact that some methods can weaken the capacity of the lifting equipment.
• Construction diameter for lifting gear can sometimes vary.
• Do not fill up the hook too much. Use shackles beneath the hook instead.
• Always add your weight in tons.
• Insert the angle the lifting mechanism will be exposed to in while lifting.
• Determine if the lift is symmetrical or asymmetrical. (Symmetrical if the parts are within 15 degrees’ variation (5 degrees for offshore lifting)).
• Enter the number of lifting points to hook on, the weakest hooking method must always be used.
